The correct answer is b. False.Hotspot volcanoes are found in places where tectonic plates pass over a point of access. Access points, unlike other types of volcanoes that appear at the boundaries between tectonic plates, are not so, but that they are in pretty much the same place from beginning to end. Even when a tectonic plate passes over them they manage to break through the crust and come to the surface and continue with your activity, and its change of position is smaller, and is caused by the stretching of the crust in diagonal over time as the plate moves.
