This is true. A realistic self-concept means that you see yourself as you are, you are aware of who you are as a person physically and mentally, and know their strengths and limitations. An ideal self-concept is to see yourself as you want to be, what you want to change yourself physically or how you would like to improve your knowledge or gain qualifications and so on.
