That statement is true. Internal threats refer to the threats that came in the bosom of the Motherland. Usually comes from a double agents, the incompetence of the employees of security, the betrayal of an officer, etc, espionage and security negligence happen when agencies in our country will not be installed as necessary to carry out a proper background check of the people who intended to do harm to this country from within.
