The functions of supervisors, firstly, to introduce teachers to their subordinates. As supervisors, it is your responsibility to ensure that adequate and correct knowledge is transmitted to the next generation. The teaching is not limited to people of lower rank than that of supervisors, but also to those with older ages of the supervisors.
