The subjunctive is a grammatical mood that expresses suggestions, wishes, etc, Also expresses his doubts. When a sentence does not express doubt. The grammatical mood is not subjunctive. E. g.•I doubt that you have money for my lunch. This phrase expresses the doubt. While..•I do Not doubt that you stay in good physical shape. The sentence does not express doubt.
