Earthquakes are common in Mexico, because most of the mass of the earth is in the North American plate and the Ocean floor is in the Coscos of the board, and so, when the more dense ocean plate floor comes up and hits the North American plate that goes up under the finest of granite, part of the North American plate and if you're going to push something heavy across the table you can notice a little bit creates a tremor this is what is going on under the plates.
