There is no official record of the interaction. Oral conversations have no permanence (like writing), so some of the content of the conversation may be forgotten. If a verbal message is passed from person to person, the content can become distorted from the original message. It is possible that the listener may perceive the message according to their own ideas, opinions and values that may differ from what the speaker was initially trying to convey. Conversation is often spontaneous and thus lacking careful thought. This could lead to the message being transmitted in a less effective manner or failure of the touch.
