The answer to the previous question, we can add directly by using our calculator since there are only 6 of the terms in the series. The sum will give us an answer of 1365. The sequence is also geometric with first term equal to 1 and common ratio equal to 4. We can use the formula S = (a1) x (r^n - 1) / (r - 1)Using the equation, we can arrive at the same answer.
