DMAIC is an acronym for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. It is a procedure with the purpose of improving and maintaining forms of business. The period of which the sole intent is to show the reality and the information that your answers take care of your concern is the "go forward". It alludes to a information exchange cycle used for improving, simplifying, and solving business procedures and schemes. The DMAIC cycle change is at the center of the device that is used to drive Six Sigma companies.
