Under the terms of your Contract of Insurance, All licensed drivers in your household and all drivers that have access to your vehicle is required to declare, either as a covered driver or not. If not, then you may request to be excluded from coverage in your policy by means of form 515A. The concealment of a licensed driver in your home is a violation of the terms of your Insurance Contract and may result in void of coverage. Bare in mind that, once excluded the driver does not have coverage under the policy for any accident, if they do for some reason drive the vehicle.
