\n. Absolutely ! At least one Welder should be able to read the types of rods or electrodes, then it is not the configuration of different equipment, safety equipment, and the warnings that apply. Also most welders need to read blueprints at some point . Unless you are a worker, who is given the instruction in advance for all of the above , and shows how the welding.
