Do you still pay child support after child turns 18?

Yes, in most states you have to continue paying until the child turns 19 if they are still enrolled in a state accredited school. In fact, I'm going through this in the state of Ohio. My son turned18 on the 25th of August and is still in school, but has moved away with her boyfriend and now I have grounds to cancel my child support order. If necessary, you should be prepared to do any research work in their own time and money because you do not go beyond a phone call to the school and the beneficiary.
