You should not be the abandonment, Is that you're as in 'you are'. But to answer your question. If you are over the age of17 and or have a job and want to leave. Yes. To do you have to inform your school to tell you that You are not an adult until 18 years of age. No matter what your reason might be, you will regret it later in life. Even when you realize the mistake and get a GED, it is not the same thing and is going to do to find a job very difficult. Whatever the problem might be, there is probably a better solution than dropping out. Talk with a counselor and see if they can offer some suggestions.
