The rabbits bones heal but it takes quite a long time. If the spine is broken and the rabbit is having fits, you will have to put it in, but with any other body part of the rabbit just leave him in his cage, in the interior, where the climate is warm and dark and don't pick it up too. The part of the body that is going to be fragile for about 2 months, so be careful. I hope this helps :)
