The process of management of emotional stress is to identify the cause. Once you identify the cause, you need to think positively and just keep calm. Never entertain negative thoughts. Do not be too consumed with the things that burden you. Take a break. Take some time to be alone and clear your thoughts for at least 10 minutes a day. Also, take part in relaxation activities. Your life should be the balance of equality in all areas. Have a good rest and a good night sleep and a healthy lifestyle.
