The answer is that the people in a variety of cultures to describe the personality in terms of the same basic traits that are identified by the five-factor model.This means that no matter what culture we are, we all have a similar response to a certain emotion, and the external factors that created by society are a very large part of factors in shaping/influencing our personality.
