The answer is to the federal courts. The US judicial system is composed of three branches: the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal and District Courts. Each branch has a particular purpose. For example, district courts handle simple and related to the status of the cases, while the Court of Appeals the courts of appeals of cases that are not resolved. and finally, the Supreme Court of justice is the last resort if people wish to pursue to a higher level of the judiciary.
