Aerobic means "with oxygen" Aerobic exercise is any activity that uses your arms and legs to move your body. And there are 3 different groups of Aerobic exercise. 1 - is defined with easy physical activities such as walking, jogging, climbing stairs2nd defined with moderate exercise, such as dance classes and swimming. 3 - covers the intense exercise, such as tennis, basketball, and volleyball. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Now anaerobic physical activities aimed at specific groups of muscles. So this means that building muscle through short bursts of strenuous activity. For example, such as lifting weights or doing push-ups. Good Luck! :)
