In a argumentative and persuasive texts, both definitely the use of rhetorical techniques to support a particular point of view. although all the options are good; in my opinion, this is the best description because a person can't wait to put your point across to your audience, without the use of multiple rhetorical devices, and that absolutely you can not persuade your audience to see your point without the use of any device of rhetoric. Rhetorical devices/technique: is a use of language that is intended to have an effect on your if you expect to have an effect towards its audience through argumentative and persuasive texts, rhetorical devices/techniques are highly recommended.
