Changes in monetary policy occurs when the Federal Reserve controls and changes in levels of spending have an impact of change in the economy. Monetary policy is when the monetary authority in a country, in the united States, this is the central bank, controls the costs or short-term loans or base money. Target rates of inflation and interest rates to maintain price stability and general trust in the countries of the currency. Since the Federal Reserve controls how the money is spent, we can control our economy with these funds.
