More than one wage garnishment at a time, without a doubt has happened to many people before, but you should not. This usually occurs when the separate student loan collection companies garnish wages of an independent delinquent student loans of a borrower. These two companies usually do not know that the other is embellishment.

Your payment can only be embellished with a total of 15% at one time. If two companies are lining for a total of more than 15%, then you can get this fixed. You can appeal one of the garnishments through the office of the Ombudsman in the Dept. of Education. Give them a call.
