Yes, I have Microsoft word 2010, and this is the way I got it to work. Go to file , open options find customize ribbon on the left side of the new window, in General . Now at the top says: Customize the ribbon and keyboard shortcuts . Only directly below of which there was a small drop of the window. Open the drop down window, and click All commands . Now scroll down in the larger box just below that one, not the right side of the box, but the left , all the way to speak . You want to add this to the left side, but in order to do that you have to add a new group . What I did was click start, and then click new group at the bottom. This will open a new section in the house that says that the new group . Now add to speak with her, and will be at the home of the ribbon when the document opens. You can add this new group on any tape, but this is just the way to add to home . If you select a paragraph, or a word that will be read when you press the talk button on the top. I hope this helps.
