This is extremely rare in the united states. Archery is not an NCAA sport, and is governed by USCA(US Collegiate archery). Few, if any, of the schools earn money by fielding competitive archers, as the possibilities for income are practically zero. In the united states, to make a life as an archer, you basically have to shoot at the international level. Otherwise, it is difficult to do archery, their only source of income. Schools are unlikely to offer a scholarship because most scholarships are given in sports where the school is competitive, or otherwise, has the potential to make money to support their programs.
