No. Creditor garnishments must run consecutively (one at a time). The maximum garnishment amount in most instances is 25% of the debtor's disposable income. Please note: Child support, tax arrearages and in some states spousal maintenance garnishments can be active at the same time a creditor garnishment is in force.
