I think that no one can afford the luxury of home education. Of course, homeschooling highschoolers, and maybe junior highers can get expensive because they need a more formal education, then the level of primary education. If parents are homeschooling elementary school students, then, is not so much the money that is needed. This is because you can easily teach them everything they need to know and more, without the aid of text-books, etc, You can take your kids on a weekly trip to the library. The majority of students educated at home to learn a lot from just reading books of their choice from the library. The library is full of books that gets the boy's brains working. If your children love to read fiction, that's great, but make sure that you look through the non-fiction aisles too. You can take your kids on field trips, obtain a family pass to your local science museum. This step must come not only to enter that museum, but hundreds of other science museums and children's museums in the united states and in other parts of the world. Children love to explore the world around them, they love field trips. Take your kids on nature walks, make sure that you bring a pencil and paper to take notes, or draw what they see in the. This will improve the child's skills of drawing from nature, and also his understanding and appreciation of nature. The internet is a great resource for homeschoolers! With the internet you can find great resources and web sites for home schooling their children. This is also another great way for children to teach themselves. Children love to learn in the children homework helper websites, etc, This is also a great way for them to do research for a report they are doing. Keep kids writing! Creative writing, report writing, biography writing, journal writing, the recording of the deed, the study of the nature journal, etc to encourage all!! Hopefully this has shone a little bit of creativity in your mind about how you can homeschool your children with spending virtually no money! p. s.
