Response . \nGarnishments cannot run concurrently only consecutively.\n. \nthe first lien would be paid before any other creditor would be able to garthe finish of the debtor's income.\n. \nCourt ordered child support deductions are not considered true garnishments and can be active at the same time a creditor garnishment is implemented.\n. \nAlso, multiple creditors can execute judgments by other means, such as liens against real property belonging to the debtor.
