Can creditor garnish more than one bank accounts?

No. A creditor can only levy one bank account for the period of time designated by the judgment levy (generally 30 days). The creditor may not recover the money of more than account at a time. A bank levy by a creditor judgment is good for one time only and then you have to register again before it can be executed again against any account belonging to the judgment debtor(s).
