Can a partner be expelled if so how what are the rights and liabilities of an expelled partner?

Yes. A partner can be expelled (called dissocation under the Uniform partnership Act or Uniform Limited partnership ) to (1) do something illegal or against the the best interests of the company; or (2) a breach of the partnership agreement . The partner continues to remain responsible for their acts or omissions that occurred before the dissociation , or to the next-occurring consequences from then on, and you can have the distribution rights of an association to share in the liquidation of the association.
