In reality the strength London dispersion forces depend largely on the total number of electrons and the area in which they propagate. We can clearly see that the iodine will have the the stronger the LDF, and therefore, have the highest boiling point (and melting point). This is also the reason why iodine is a solid at room temperature, bromine is a liquid and the chlorine and fluorine are gases. Answer:Fluorine (F2)
