First, review your diet, trenches soda, candy and cookies, apples, bananas and carrots. It may seem very hard to do, but the last time the first couple of days it's hard to go back (I know from experience). Second, make sure you do exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Exercise only make a goal to walk around the block a few times when you need a break from your tasks. Finally, for the tone of the stomach, I would suggest to do, lintels, plates, or Trays (they're all the same different names). This exercise is easy, which is very similar to a lizard, but you rest your weight on your elbows and toes, and then hold his body with a screen about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
