The answer is letter A. the Ice Age or glacial period refers to the extended period of below-average temperatures. It is a prolonged period of time, where the reduction in the temperature of the surface of the Earth and the atmosphere are caused by the expansion of continental and polar ice caps and the glaciers of the alps. Normally this phenomenon occurs in the northern and southern hemispheres, where large layers of ice can be see more. Today we are living in a period of interglacial after the Holocene the Ice age.
