It is false that all types of exercise are appropriate for any age. Older people usually can't do the same exercises that teens can, simply because their bodies can't take such risks and move as flexibly as they did when they were younger. Therefore, there are exercises that are suitable for older people, others that only teenagers should use, some of the babies, some of the middle-aged people, it all depends on the age.
