The answer is B. cool and seco.De high pressure is usually associated with Fair weather, in other words the clear skies. When the air cools, becomes more dense, and is pushed down to the floor. Now the pressure increases, because the air is pushed down, which leaves more room for more air to fill that space. As the warm air rises to fill that space, it evaporates the moisture in the air which you have made to the clouds.
