After World War II, Americans shifted to a more service and agricultural jobs, in a way, decided that there should be more self-sufficient in terms of agronomy, but what is more important, went to the service with the rise of consumerism. Consumerism in the united states to a large extent dictated how the country has progressed in the last few decades.B is the correct answer for that reason.
