Acetaminophen is just Tylenol, Tylenol is something that is for pain or fever. Such as, let's say that you are sick and have a fever, then, should take Acetaminophen or Tylenol for the fever, they say that he broke his arm and while you are in the waiting line of your physician in the emergency room you should take Paracetamol for the pain. So yes pain reliever or fever (witch in some cases is the pain).
