Here you have two possibilities:the triangle is rotated 90° clockwise about the origin;triangle is rotated 90° in anti-clockwise direction with respect to the origin.The rules of rotation in both cases are:(x,y)→(y,-x);(x,y)→(-y,x).So, the two options are correct:option B, turning anti-clockwise;option D, to rotate in a clockwise direction.
