Probabilit is positive events / total number of eventsIn this case the positive events is to choose a cap that is not green and the total number is 80 (the number of caps).The number of non-green caps is 80 - 12 = 68.Then the probability of the cover selected is not going to be green, it is 68 / 80 = 17 / 20
