The answer to the question is the letter C, which is "forbidden town meetings in Massachusetts." It is one of the three reasons why they angered the settlers. May 20, 1774, when the Government of Massachusetts Act took effect prohibits the meetings of the city until such time that the governor is going to approve to organize such meetings.
