"A worker's success in contributing to the common good is measured by the way in which he or she does the work". In team work, all members have a section to perform, an occupation which, when they accumulate to the next activity, making the coveted all to the good. When a worker performs his activity, will have accomplishment, regardless of if the last integer is not what is wanted to - he did his part, and, in this way, in that it was dependent on itself, the common good of all that could be achieved.
