The area of the part to cover with the carpet was of 56.5 square feet, but the 30% more was ordered just to be sure that there was not enough for 56.5 x 1.3 = 73.45 feet Square or rounded is 74 square metres. Given that the ordered quantity shall be 74 square metres, then your cost will be 74 x$7.00 = $518.00.
