WE have AB and BC as its tangents and the measure of arc AC is 140°, in addition, a circle has 360 degrees, by definition, so 360= arc AC + arc ABC 360= 140 + arc arc ABC ABC= 360-140=220 Then the Angle ABC = (1/2)*(220-140)= 40 The answer is 40 degrees!
